Project Overview
This project is a fully functional Church Management System developed using VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) within Microsoft Excel framework, designed to streamline and digitize the administrative and record-keeping operations of a church. The system automates critical functions such as member registration, attendance tracking, donation management, and event coordination, ensuring that church leaders and administrators can efficiently manage day-to-day activities without relying on manual records or spreadsheets. Built with a strong focus on data accuracy, user-friendliness, and workflow automation, the platform features a clean, form-driven interface that enables quick data entry, real-time search and reporting, and secure record updates. It also includes dynamic dashboards and printed report generation for tithes, offerings, and membership summaries — all directly accessible within Microsoft Access. Beyond functionality, this project showcases the power of VBA as a lightweight automation and database tool, proving that professional-grade management systems can be achieved using Microsoft’s native technologies without external dependencies. The Church Management System highlights my ability to combine software engineering discipline, data structure design, and business logic automation, making it a practical solution for small and medium-sized organizations seeking affordable digital transformation.
